The world's biggest search engine giant- Google, was the final year college project of Larry Page.Later Larry page and his college Gergey Bin worked on that project and introduced the finished product- "Google" on 1991.

Search engine optimization is the act of practice of keeping the quality of website by working on it and make it easy for Google to show it to the seekers.

Whats happening inside Google?

There are crores and crores of websites already on internet. And new websites are publishing day by day. Quality of the websites are varying. Therefore in order to give genuine results to the seekers Google always try their best algorithms.

To give best results from crores and crores of websites, Google do 3 things to all websites.

1) Crawling
2) Catching
3) Indexing


Crawling- Google created a program called "Spider" to scan the website and collect the details of the content website.

Catching- After crawling, Google takes a snapshot of the content of website.

Indexing- is the process of Google for arranging the website in Googles website to give fast and genuine results to the seekers.
